The way we work is shifting — fast. AI is no longer just a tool we query. Increasingly, it's something we design into workflows, delegate tasks to, and manage with intention.

Join us for an honest, grounded conversation about what that means for us — seasoned professionals who bring a unique perspective to every new wave of change.

Our own Suzanne Welker Jurgens will lead us through the session, drawing on her experience to explore:

→ The evolution from AI assistant → AI teammate → AI agent team — and where we sit in that arc today
→ How to decide what's worth delegating to agents (and what absolutely isn't)
→ Where trust boundaries live — and how to set them deliberately
→ Why accountability stays human-centered, even as workflows become more automated
→ What "managing" agents actually looks like in practice

This isn't about keeping up. It's about leading with our wisdom.

Bring your questions and your experience. All of it belongs in the room.
