Engineering managers are tasked with leading teams through complex new Machine Learning and Generative AI paradigms, but there is a hidden cost to this rapid innovation: a massive spike in imposter syndrome. Feeling like a fraud is a widespread psychological experience of self-doubt, and when technical teams face uncharted territory, this fear of being "found out" can paralyze progress.

Drawing on 15 years tech experience, as well as leading global teams and AI/ML initiatives at a multi-billion-dollar SaaS company, this workshop merges technical leadership with practical psychological frameworks. We will reframe imposter syndrome not as a lack of ability, but as a powerful signal that you and your team are at the edge of your comfort zone, actively stretching into new, innovative territory.
