Join us for a special Stephen King Trivia at Pourworks for brunch! These questions will be different from our other trivia nights and will be played in 4 rounds. Food can be ordered to the venue and a special Pennywise Mimosa will be available for our trivia!

Join us at Crank Arm Brewing in Raleigh for our first chaptered Murder Mystery! An Ongoing, Puzzle-Driven Mystery Series. Chapter 1: The Family, the opening night of a brand-new chaptered murder mystery series, part immersive theater, part puzzle box, part tabletop storytelling.

Love escape rooms, logic puzzles, and story-rich games where your choices matter? This is for you. If you don't want to act, don't. If you don't want to dress up, don't. I'd never make you do something I wouldn't want to. But I will force you to solve riddles and puzzles!

How This Series Works

• Think D&D meets murder mystery, but with a fresh story each month.
• Each chapter is a complete, standalone murder mystery.
• One murder. One killer. No one will know until the night is over. The killer does not know they are the killer, the victim could be anyone.
• Characters are chosen on a first come first serve basis.
• You solve clues, interrogate suspects, and piece together the truth as a group.

Across the year, subtle threads connect the chapters. You don’t need to catch them all but if you do you’ll start to see a much larger story forming. At the end of the year, everything ties together.

Characters & Consequences

• If your character dies, you simply return next month as a new character, as most players receive new roles each chapter anyway.
• A small number of characters may reappear, carrying information forward.
• You can miss chapters and jump back in anytime, the story always works.
• No long-term commitment required, but returning players will uncover deeper layers.

These chapters will occur one Sunday per month in a private room at Crank Arm Brewing Raleigh. Drinks and food available for purchase and a built in intermission will give you time to hangout and reflect.

RSVP and payment is required ahead of the event. Upon receiving payment, you can choose your character and will receive your writeup. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

The cost of this event is $20 per person and can be paid via Venmo or Zelle to @Gina-Grossbauer. Refunds will not be issued 24 hours prior to the event. If you need a different way to pay, just let me know.
