Fridays couldn’t have been better! Join for lunch-break Meditation program in partnership with Dallas Public Library, Central Branch, every Friday at lunch-break hours.
Thanks to @dallaspubliclibrary for inviting us to partner in their new wellness program which is a initiative for the New Year. It is an online lunch-break program for the community, called "Feel-Good Fridays".
