🌸 Tea & Dinner Experience – From Ancient Leaves to Modern Taste 🌸
Join us for a unique evening where we dive deep into the art of traditional Chinese tea making. From ancient traditions to modern tastes, this workshop will take you on a flavorful journey through teas as diverse as the people you’ll meet.
🌿 What you’ll discover:
- Fermented to raw pu-erh – from earthy depth to fresh vibrance
- Black to white tea – bold and malty to delicate and floral
- Green and oolong – striking the perfect balance of freshness, aroma, and body
- Brewing techniques that bring out each tea’s character
- Cultural stories and rituals that make tea more than just a drink
After the guided tasting, we’ll continue the evening with a relaxed Japanese dinner at Maru, sharing impressions, exchanging stories, and connecting over delicious food and great company.

- 19:30 – Japanese Dinner at Maru Restaurant (2 min walk)

First Bite Club is a monthly dining experience where we explore Zurich’s newest restaurants together.
This month, we’re kicking things off at one of the city’s hottest new openings: Kana — a spot already making waves with their crispy fried chicken burgers and curated selection of natural wines.
Expect juicy, flavor-packed burgers (buffalo or ranch, you can’t go wrong 🍔) paired with wines that highlight every bite. Add in good company and easy conversation, and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect Saturday lunch.
