⏰ MEETING TIME: 10am.
⏰ DEPARTURE TIME: 10.10am.
🚊 MEETING POINT: Cherrybrook Metro Station - at the main entry/exit.

🚌 END POINT: at the bus stop at the end of the walk. Bus to Castle Hill station etc.

🥾 DISTANCE: 12 km - point to point.
🥾 GRADE: Easy/mostly Moderate on a steady pace, not snail pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to uneven rocky surfaces, slight ups and downs hills, stair climbs and creek crossings,
💪🏽 Tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery at few sections.

🥪 We’ll have BYO lunch break at one of the picnic areas.

🚶‍♂️After we finish exploring few trails in Cumberland State Forest, we will continue our exciting adventure to Bidjigal Reserve and Darling Mills walking though the beautiful creeks and small waterfalls.

🚌 At the end of the walk, we will catch a bus to Castle Hill station etc.

🚶‍♂️You’re welcome to walk to the station if you wish to do so.

☕️ Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc at Castle Mall Shopping Centre and Castle Hill Towers. 🛒

❎ NO facilities or cafes on the trails, so please come well prepared.
❎ NO smoking of any kind on the walk including during photo stops and lunch break.
❎ NO pets including service dogs are permitted on my events. You may join pet friendly walking group instead.

🎒WHAT TO BRING 🎒
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
🥾 Waterproof hiking boots or good grip walking shoes highly recommended.
💦 At least 1.8L of WATER, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks.
🥪 Snacks and packed LUNCH.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit ie. BandAid, bandages, antibacterial wipes, pain reliever and hand sanitiser.
🧢 Hat, sunscreen, insect repellent ie: Bushman or Aerogard etc.
🧥Light raincoat or a poncho just in case of wet weather.
