Meeting Time: 10am.
Meeting Point: Tempi Station West Side Exit bottom of stairs.
We head to Mackey Park, Warren Park, then Steel Park, bathrooms, water fountain, rehydrate. Let's follow path to Beaman Park and Lang Road Bridge. We hug the Cooks River past Ewen Park until Heynes Reserve, Pat O'Conner Reserve and Hughs Park. Stop for a short break. Bexley North is not far from Kingsgrove Pub, our regular drinks and lunch place after walk.
Distance: 12km - (approximately 3 hours)
Type of Walk: Paths, trails, tracks, walkways next to parks, rivers, creeks, gardens.
Difficulty: Mostly Easy/Moderate (due of distance)
Walking Pace: Easy steady pace at 4.25km-4.50 per hour.
What to Bring: Comfortable outfit, boots/runners, a litre of water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, a raincoat just in case of wet weather. Bring your happy personality too!
