Eric Tate is the CEO and Founder of Velocity-Properties.com, a full-time real estate investor, Realtor, capital raiser, and entrepreneur. He brings over 30 years of corporate leadership experience, including 16 years as a Senior Director and Chief of Staff at Blue Shield of California. Eric holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and a BS in Economics from UC Davis, and he is also a coach for RPM (Raising Private Money) and Hello Rentals, national coaching programs owned by Amy Mahjoory.

With 11 years of real estate investing experience, Eric has built a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes. Over the last 3 years, he has raised over $6 million in private capital to fund 31 real estate transactions—allowing him to leave his W-2 career and transition into full-time investing. His specialties include fix-and-flip projects, small multifamily properties, apartment buildings, and innovative co-living housing.

Eric is passionate about helping investors understand deal structure, risk, and capital strategy, and he focuses on building transparent, win-win partnerships through disciplined underwriting and execution.
