We’re excited to invite you to our eighth Soul & Sip gathering! This month, we’ll dive into A New Earth, a transformative book that explores consciousness, presence, and awakening to a more mindful, connected way of living.
This session is about reflection, insight, and community, and everyone is welcome — whether you’ve read the whole book, part of it, or are just joining us for the first time.

What to Expect

Our evening will be reflective, engaging, and heart-centered. Together, we’ll:

✨ discuss practical ways to integrate presence and awareness into daily life
✨ sip something comforting while enjoying community

Agenda (Approx 1.5 Hours)

7:00–7:10 — Arrivals, welcome, and settle in
7:10–7:25 — Check-in & icebreaker (share a recent moment of presence or insight)
7:25–8:05 — Book discussion & guided reflection prompts
8:05–8:20 — Key takeaways, practices, and reflections to bring home
8:20–8:30 — Announcements, next book, and host rotation

Discussion Themes We'll Explore

  • How does awareness of the present moment influence your daily life?
  • Which insights or passages resonated most with you?
  • How can we recognize ego-driven patterns and cultivate conscious living?
  • What practical steps can we take to embody presence and mindfulness?
  • How does the book influence your sense of connection with yourself and others?

No preparation is required — just bring your reflections, curiosity, and willingness to engage.
