Wellness & Serenity Sound Bath

The Wellness and Serenity Sound Bath is now Bi-weekly, every other Thursday starting January 15.

Let's get a blissful start for the New Year with this Crystal Bowl sound bath facilitated by Sophie Anne, a Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer and Breathwork facilitator. This Sound Bath session includes gentle Breathwork, Intention setting and Integration.

We will begin with Breathwork and relax into a blissful, healing Sound session infused with Reiki energy.

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal to set intentions, a light, blanket, socks, and optional head pillow. The event is indoors, but there is access to a park.

This will be a donation based event with a suggested amount of $25-$50.
