Are you feeling blocked, uninspired, or simply "stuck" in your creative life? Whether you are a painter, a writer, a business professional, or someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush in a decade, there is a creative spark inside you waiting to be reignited.

Join Kristina Mumma (owner of Soulful Heart Balance) and Kate Stufflet (owner of Nurture Your Nature) for a 12-week facilitated journey through Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way. This is more than a book club; it’s a supportive circle of "creative clusters" dedicated to recovering our sense of possibility, power, and play.

🗓️ The Commitment
We will meet for 12 select Sundays starting March 15, 2026 to move through the course together, chapter by chapter. Each session is designed to share our wins, navigate our "creative U-turns," and hold space for one another.

  • When: Sundays 1:30pm-3:30pm
  • Where: hOMePYM Retreat Center, Skyline Drive Reading PA 19606
  • Duration: Select Sundays March 15-July 5, 2026

🥗 Monthly Potluck & "Artist Dojo"
Once a month, we’ll gather for a special Group Potluck. Food feeds the soul, and community feeds the artist!
On these days, we will also host the Artist Dojo:

> The "Dojo" is a safe, low-pressure space to practice your craft or try something entirely new. Want to read a poem? Sketch the room? Try a new chord on the guitar? The Dojo is for "doing" without the need for perfection.

🛠️ What You’ll Need

  1. A copy of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron.
  2. A notebook/journal for your "Morning Pages."
  3. A commitment to yourself and the group to show up and do the work.

🎨 What to Expect
Each week, we’ll discuss the weekly themes from the book, including:

  • Recovering a Sense of Safety: Shielding your inner artist from "Crazymakers."
  • Recovering a Sense of Autonomy: Defining your own creative boundaries.
  • The Basic Tools: Implementing Morning Pages and Artist Dates into your daily life.

Note: This group is open to everyone—from professional artists to "shadow artists" who haven't yet dared to create. We believe that creativity is our true nature and that "art" is a verb, not just a noun.
