Shake off the stress of the week.
This 40-minute class blends breathwork, mindful movement, therapeutic shaking and deep relaxation to reset the body and calm the mind. Suitable for all levels.
### What to Expect
- Guided breathwork to open the lungs and release tension
- Mindful movement to connect with the body and improve flow
- Shaking practice to discharge stress and activate the fascia
- Guided relaxation to finish feeling grounded and centred
No experience required — everything is guided step by step.
