Post-Xmas New Year Spiritual Re-Charge

Maybe just after xmas and New Year is a perfect time to start this new spiritual gathering group! This time of year can be a LOT to handle. So let's spend some time together talking about some of the strategies that helped keep you in your authentic self when in challenging situations....and maybe what didnt! Bring your ideas, and share.

I know there will be lots away for the holidays, but for those of us still in town, lets get the year started with a spiritual regroup.

As we are just starting out, and the weather is good, lets meet at Carrs Bush Park. We can sit under the trees at the Princess Hwy end of Carrs Bush Park. Drive in from Pricess Hwy entry, through the car park to the right, to the huge park area in front of you. We will be there.

Please bring a cushion or camp chair if you want a comfy seat, journel to write in if you're a jotter, a reading if you want to share (not too long). We will meet, talk about our spiritual goals, share ideas for staying present, maybe a short meditation together, plan another meeting!
