Haven't punished myself with this one in a while...

Meet at the arch at the top of the carpark.

The place will be packed. You'll have to account for the difficulty in finding a parking spot, so - leave home ten/fifteen minutes earlier.

Climb the steps to the top then go back down again.

Can do a slightly longer trip down if anyone wants to.

Bring a drink, hat/sun protection, sunscreen.

Weather dependent (cancelled if too hot/rainy/haily/stormy etc).
