Happy 6th Birthday to the Space Coast Adventurer's Guild!

The Guild was founded July 17th, 2019, and this is our annual Birthday Party Potluck!

This event will be held indoors at the Addison Village Club, a community clubhouse in Viera.

The Venue REQUIRES people to sign-in, and grab a wristband to wear when you enter.

We are looking for Volunteers! There will be a signup sheet soon!

Time & Itinerary

• We will be setting up beginning at 10:00 AM when our reservation begins, and will have to start cleaning up at 5:00 PM to be vacated and cleaned completely by 6:00 PM.
• If you wish to come early to help setup or place your potluck dishes, and stay to help cleanup, please do! Just be aware we may be decorating and party fun won't start till around 12:00.
• 12:00-12:30 PM: Party Begins! Place your dishes, get a plate, take a look at items from the Dragon's Hoard
• 12:30-2:30 PM: Game commence and run
• 2:30 PM: All Games break for the Thankening
• 2:45-4:30 PM: All Games continue
• 4:30-5:00 PM: End of Party, last call for purchases. Winners of GMs and Dragon's Hoard items announced.
• 5:00-6:00 PM: Cleanup, Depart.

Guests

• Family and friends are welcome! (Including kids) If you are bringing guests, please indicate how many in addition to yourself through Meetup.
• We need to submit our final numbers by July 11th, so please make sure to RSVP by so we have enough tables and chairs!

Activities

1. This is a Potluck Social, but we will be treating it as one of our "Potluck & Plays" to showcase the TTRPG Publishers who have donated books to the Guild!
2. Any TTRPGs being run will have a separate game RSVP setup.
3. The Guild turns 6 years old!! We will gather everyone to sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake at 2:30 PM.
4. Try to win an item from the Dragon's Hoard! Details will be discussed at the party!!
5. We will be having another GM Silent Auction
6. People are welcome and encouraged to bring their own party friendly board games and/or card games, please keep in mind there will be a lot of food and drinks present.
7. The Guild will be providing coloring sheets and crayons at every table for anyone to color.

Food & Drinks
This is a potluck, please see our Fillable Potluck Dish/Drink & Allergy Sheet to indicate what you are bringing (also any critical allergies or food restrictions) so people can get an idea of what they may want to bring!

• A potluck dish is appreciated but not required. ❤️❤️
• Clearly indicate allergens and gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or other options, we will also have allergy/ingredient cards to download, or fill out upon arrival.
• There are plenty of outlets for people to be able to plug slow cookers in, and there will be 3 outlets (we can also bring a power strip) near the food area for crockpots, etc. We also have access to a fridge and microwave on the premises.
• If you are going to bring a slow cooker or otherwise need a plug, please mention in the Comments or Event Chat so we can plan ahead if we need an extension cord/power strip.
• Alcohol is allowed! Many parties at this venue have members bringing a cooler for all the alcoholic drinks.

ABOUT THE SYSTEM
The year is 2183—little more than three years since the destruction of the Hadley’s Hope colony on LV-426, the disappearance of the USS Sulaco, and the closing of the prison and lead works on Fiorina 161. The loss of the Sulaco’s Colonial Marine unit along with these Weyland-Yutani sponsored outposts, and the implications of corporate foul play stemming from these incidents, have created an air of distrust between the company and the United Americas.

To add fuel to the fire, conflicts between the rival sectors of space have increased exponentially in the past five years. While unconfirmed, many believe that Hadley’s Hope was a test site for one of Weyland-Yutani’s bioweapons and that an enemy state sent a warship to nuke it from orbit. Others believe that the Company is working with a rogue nation to assume control of the colonies on the Frontier.
