A friendly group for tabletop role playing games. (D&D and similar games)
New players are always welcome. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of knowledge or experience.
We're probably going to start off running some one-shots of various RPGs, and eventually start some campaign games.
One of the purposes of this group is to allow GMs to use this meetup to set up their own game sessions. Are you a GM who wants to start a new game? Or recruit new players to an existing game? You can use our group to sign up players and schedule your games.

We'll be starting a new fantasy RPG campaign. Beginners are more than welcome.
Players will explore the Fanglands, a mysterious land full of dungeons, tombs, terrible monsters, and ancient mysteries.
It'll use the Basic Fantasy rules. Basic Fantasy is just 1980s D&D, so it's much simpler than the current version. You can download all the rules for free at https://www.basicfantasy.org/ (You don't need to, but they're there)
We'll be running it in the West Marches style:
- Every session is a complete adventure
- You don't have to show up for any particular session.
- Players get to schedule when and where the games are held, and even what the adventure will be.
We'll be creating 1st level characters. Feel free to make one beforehand if you wish.
