About us
Since 2010, Stockholm Lean Coffee has been bringing together friendly people with a passion for improving the ways they work and deliver value. Agile experts, Scrum masters, business leaders, students, nurses, programmers, consultants, or startup founders - everyone is welcome. Bring an issue you have in your professional life, a topic you want to discuss, or a methodology you want to understand better. Make use of the experience of other people, and let them look at your problem with fresh eyes. We use a democratic discussion format, so the group sets the agenda by voting, and topics are timeboxed so we don't get bogged down.
All are welcome, we are open for beginners as well as experts from different professions. The meetings are run entirely by the participants at every meeting. We begin every meeting by collecting topic suggestions for the participants. Then we vote and start the discussions in priority order.
Some example topics: Agile, Lean, Scrum, Quality Assurance, Communication, Teamwork, Team dynamics, Software Practices, DevOps, Product managment.
Some example questions:
What is this "agile" thing?
Why is my team always lagging behind on work?
Is my boss micromanaging me?
How do I introduce retrospectives to my team?.
Our motto:
Come when you can, leave when you need to.
