For over two decades, I have focused on helping individuals navigate transitions. My role as a Catalyst is to assist people in understanding where they are today, where they want to be, and finding the motivation to move forward—often lying between desperation and aspiration, or fear and hope.
The Challenge: Feeling Stuck
In today’s rapidly changing world, many feel frozen in place, unable to move forward in their careers, personal lives, or businesses. Fear of the unknown future keeps them from taking the next step. Whether it’s job loss, career uncertainty, or life transitions, the common theme among those I work with is a sense of being stuck.
