Many people think change happens through effort, discipline, force or “doing more.”
But what if your nervous system is already doing its job perfectly — just according to an outdated self-image?
Inspired by the work of Maxwell Maltz (Psycho-Cybernetics), this one-hour workshop explores the idea that we are all operating with an internal goal-striving mechanism that moves us toward what feels comfortable, familiar, and safe, not necessarily what we consciously desire.
In this experiential session, we’ll explore:

  • why you can want something deeply and still feel stuck
  • how self-image quietly determines what manifestations you allow yourself to receive
  • why self-sabotage isn’t failure, but feedback
  • and how imagination, safety, and gentleness update identity more effectively than force

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about meeting the part of you that’s been protecting the old story and giving it a new target.
Expect reflection, nervous-system-friendly exercises, and a guided meditation designed to soften resistance and invite a new sense of “who I am becoming.”
