The problem with Martial Arts and specific technique tuition is it all takes time... What I share is a effective system that not only equips someone to successfully conquer/negate physical altercations, but also all the psychological foresight needed to successfully de-escalate/defuse emotionally charged situations, and this system works for the young to the elderly with no need for super human strength or fitness...

The strategy I share in this self-help, peer meetup group is a proven effective system/process born from Martial Arts principles... Self-defence is all about creating enough time, space and/or diversion to enable someone to escape without injury so that all parties get to see another day... That is the key principle of this group...

A effective system which involves no striking (punching/kicking etc.), but instead intelligent manoeuvring and in the case of a armed attacker limb manipulation... A effective system that even in last case scenarios doesn't escalate/exasperate a situation (it is striking and egos that raises the bar to all out aggression)... A system simplified that can be shared and learned in just around 30 minutes to even someone with no Martial Arts knowledge/experience (no doubt hard to believe and yet true), with the de-escalation processes and psychology thereof achievable in just a couple of hours afterwards (last case scenarios/strategy against a physical attack is always learned first as a fail safe always with safety first being the utmost primary concern/objective)...
