Come for an authentic evening of guided heartfelt kirtan – mantra meditation accompanied by music.

Enjoy the atmosphere, make friends, and immerse yourself in a truly spiritual experience. Feel free to sit and listen, sing, and also dance if you wish. The program includes kirtan, mantra + breathing, guided meditation, and light refreshments.

About kirtan:
Kirtan is the most powerful form of meditation yet very do-able and fun. This kirtan we are sharing has been passed down through an authentic yoga lineage. This sublime practice is the recommended process in this modern age. Simply listen to the mantra being chanted then respond if you wish. Take the mantras home with you and feel free to join us for kirtan whenever you like.

✨Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome! Just keep in mind the peaceful nature of some sections of the event. Feel free to bring something quiet for them to do if needed.
