Sydney Meditation offers a free online meditation session every Saturday morning at 9am, open to anyone who wants to reset their mind and start the weekend with clarity.
In this session, you will:

  • Practice letting go of thoughts and habits that no longer serve you
  • Experience a simple, guided meditation you can use in daily life

No prior experience is needed.
All you need is:

  • A computer or phone
  • A quiet place to sit
  • An open mind and willingness to listen and follow the guidance
