You'll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share the ambition of self-care and personal growth or have a conversation, share experiences, and build new connections in a welcoming, safe, and informal environment.

You'll be guided through mindfulness techniques; soul journey meditations, breathwork and how to connect with your intuition. You'll walk away with tools to enable you to align your life with what you value and wish to attain, as well as tools to assist with stress and overwhelm.

Each week will have a theme based on the 4 elements of Air, Water, Fire, and Earth

The element of air : The spirit of air is the energy of change and transformation, inspiration, aspiration, mental clarity, freedom, perception, communion, and communication. It allows you to see situations form a higher perspective. It is an integrating force that unites us all.
The element of water : Water traditionally represents the emotional aspect of self. It symbolises intuition, trust, nurturing, dreams, and innocence. Our connection to water is primal and the longing to yield ourselves to the comfort of her fluid form goes back to the beginnings of our individual lives and the beginning of life on earth.
The element of fire : Fire is your life force, the spark of life within you, the kundalini energy, the pure white light within, and the holy flame. It is pure energy and is aligned with your spirit and creative life force.
The element of earth : Earth represents wisdom, integration, and consolidation. It aligns with the physical aspects of your life. The earth is the source of all life. Throughout ancient history, people saw the world as teeming with spirit life and were intimately connected to the land.
