Let's gather for a relaxing Sunday afternoon catch up to sip tea, chat and practice mindfulness at Tea Journal, Chatswood.
Note: This cafe doesn't take bookings, so hopefully we can secure a table quickly if everyone arrives on time!

Tea Journal is a cute tea place hidden around the corner from Chatswood train and metro station and opposite AusPost. There are lots of options to try and even fluffy tea cakes.

Order and pay for your own.

For those who wish to practice mindfulness, we can incorporate a mindfulness component. BYO your own note book and pen to journal, write a poem or short story (attendees can give you words to incorporate that might help your creative energy to start flowing). Alternatively, bring a notebook and a sharpie to create your own zentangle, art doodles or create cute "kawaii" creatures. If you BYO your own pair of scissors, I'll have some origami paper you can use for those who might wish to try "kirigami", the Japanese art of paper cutting. Or you could make an origami peace crane!

If you have a spot and there is a waitlist, please make sure you update your RSVP if you can no longer make it at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance so there is sufficient notice for someone else to join in your place. Thank you for your consideration in advance. Of course, totally understand that sometimes life happens, and it's not always possible to give advance notice if there's an unexpected emergency or you become sick last minute.
