Self-Care Skillshare Workshop
I am inviting you to come together in community to discuss your unique view of what physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self-care looks like. Meet your neighbors, get new ideas, and share skills that you think are most impactful. This can be anything from a daily gratitude practice to creating something for your business.
We’ll motivate each other to pay special attention to what we can use, and hopefully feel more joy and well-being in our lives. If this goes well, we can make this a weekly event.

Please think about self-care and what regular practices you keep up, wish you could, or want to resume. You might be able to find a buddy in the group to do this with.
You are encouraged to bring a small item that helps in your routine
(examples: writings, projects, massage tools, candle-making, idea that keeps you grounded, etc.)
