WHO is the Facilitator
David has been involved in Tai Chi and Qigong for over 15 years. He is a certified trainer in The Four Pillars of Health Program, a wellness and fall prevention program approved by Fitness Australia.
David has shared the benefits of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong with hospital patients, staff, and online participants.
With a deep passion for holistic health and a compassionate teaching style, David will guide you on your journey to well-being.

If you join after the event has begun, please mute your microphone and join silently, as we may be in a guided meditation.

The facilitator will guide the meditation session and qigong movements in a standing position. However, if you feel tired during the session, you are welcome to sit at any stage of the session.
For the best online experience, it is recommended to
- Set your camera to ON for facilitator to feedback.
- Please MUTE your microphone during the meditation session or when you are not speaking. This will help minimise the background noise.
PREPARATION before joining the class:

Clothes - Wear comfortable, warm clothing that allows for free body movement.

Room - A quiet space where you won't be disturbed by noise, with good air ventilation, and not too cold or hot.

Space - Allow enough space around you so your arms can swing around you without interference.

Technical check - Test your computer network connectivity, audio, and camera are functional prior to class.
CAUTION: If you are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms or feeling unwell, it is recommended that you abstain from attending, as participation may exacerbate your symptoms.
