Join us for the November Female Influencers in Tech Melbourne MeetUp on Monday 18 November from 5:30pm at the Contino offices.

We are excited to announce our speaker for the November MeetUp!

Tanya Windscheffel (Platform Development Manager at MYOB) will be doing a talk on female leadership and the challenges parenthood brings before and after you have a child. The mental load on new parents and what you can be doing to make it easier as a leader.

Following that, there will be a panel discussion.

Four female tech leaders who have four different stories of how they landed in tech roles will discuss the below:

  • Myth busting the need to be technical in technical leadership roles
  • Sharing the different journeys into tech leadership
  • Playing to your strengths and being proud of them
  • Don't be shy in asking for what you want
  • Diversity at MYOB, sharing information on their DevelopHER program and other programs to support women.
