Camping & Pot Luck Dinner

Join us for camping at my Texas Safari Camp- the perfect destination for relaxation, adventure and wildlife viewing. Come for the day or camp all weekend. It's only an hour from Dallas but is feels like another world.

Enjoy fishing, swimming and paddling kayaks and paddleboards in the two ponds that are stocked with crappie, cat, bass and bluegills. Hike the trail through the peaceful forest or step out on the road and see exotic animals at the Zoofari Park next door.

You can camp on the waterfront sites or at the back pond if you want more seclusion or can rent the charming Hummingbird Tree House that overlooks the front pond. There is a rustic outhouse with composting toilet, sink, etc. and an outdoor sink and counter for washing dishes.
