Come along to the Cwtch Hub on Union Street to meet like-minded people, have a cosy drink and chat about wellbeing (taking our inspiration from world experts in wellbeing!) The session will finish with a lovely guided meditation accompanied by gentle music played by our very own acoustic guitarist. Expect to feel like you matter, expect to laugh and feel more relaxed than you expected before you arrived, and expect to feel uplifted and positive! First session FREE. After than £6.00 per person.
