The Carer’s Pause is a gentle, in-person workshop created especially for carers, support workers, and health assistants who give a lot to others and rarely pause for themselves.

This is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a way that feels good to you.

During the session, we will:

Take a guided pause to check in with yourself and how you’ve been feeling

Reflect on different areas of life and what currently needs more care or attention

Explore what matters most to you and what supports your wellbeing

Share experiences in small, supportive conversations with others who truly get the work you do

Create space for connection, lightness, and playfulness in a calm and welcoming environment

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, supported, and gently reconnected with simple insights you can carry into everyday life.
