Hey Neighbors!

We're back to serve West Valley Community Services with one of our favorite kinds of projects: can sorting!

WVCS has had a lot of donation drive coming into their food pantry over the holidays and they need help sorting the donations! In particular, we'll be making sure that goods that are WAY past the expiration date do not pass go, and we'll also help them categorize by type to make it easier to stock their shelves. We'll be sorting the canned goods outside, so please dress accordingly.

We've got so many GREAT people in this group who still haven't gotten a chance to meet one another. This will brings new meaning (or maybe just the OG meaning) to co-working: getting to work alongside each other, but on the same projects! Sign up if you plan to be there—or if you have questions and would like to learn more, message us!

Also, we get it: life happens and plans change. If you decide to not come after signing up, please change your RSVP. Accurate RSVPs will help us to help this wonderful non-profit org plan/prepare for how many people they will have serving that day and right-size the project for us.

Other fun facts: you're always welcome at The Neighborhood, the free coworking collective at 6191 Bollinger Rd in Cupertino from 1-5pm MOST Mondays and Fridays (pay attention to the dates of the Meetups—if there's one scheduled, we're going to be there and open! With free tea, coffee, wifi, snacks, and best of all, great people and the opportunity to get work done and also build community.)
