Portland Winter Light Festival

We'll meet in front the Elephant's Deli in the World Trade Center at 6:00. I will wait beneath the red logo in the photo.
The plan is start with the World Trade Center installations followed by the Glow Bar. Time and energy permitting, we may get to other areas.

Public transit recommended! Portland Streetcar is free starting at 5pm.
