Are you on your path (whatever that means for you) and finding it difficult to meet like minded single folks? This event is for you. Come alone or bring some unattached friends! The more the merrier.
Join AWAKE: Oneness Tribe along with host J. Currie for a night of fun. You don’t need to walk away from the night with your Soulmate or Twin Flame in hand (bonus if you do), but it's a good chance to meet some cool single folks and make purposeful/intentional friendships.
• The event will begin at 7:30pm (please arrive no later than 7:20pm to park and get settled before we begin)
• We will have at least one activity to fully get to know one another
• The 'main event' will be a guys vs. girls game (think Pictionary, Charades, Cards Against Humanity, Cards, Memory Games, Minute to Win It, etc.)
• The evening will wrap up with about 20 minutes of ‘free time’ for chatting
• This is a non-alcoholic event. There will be tea and water available.
• Use the comment section to post questions about the event.
EXCITING CONNECTIONS:
The age range varies widely. From mid 20s to mid 50s. This event is really more about hanging out with singles and making connections. It is not like a speed dating event where you are partnered up with members of the opposite sex in your age range. We have somewhere between 25-30 people at each event, usually pretty equally composed of both men and women.
We have had a lot of really cool connections develop from the event. Where groups of either men or women have formed and begun to hang out and develop friendships. We have also had a number of couples that have formed as well.
I will say, I get the question about age range frequently. And the main thing I always try to get across is that this event is a great time to relax, and have real conversations with conscious people. It's not the typical, "it's great weather we are having, isn't it?" or, "so, tell me about what you do for work?" type of conversations. Come with an open mind, open heart and positive attitude and you will have a blast.

Anyone looking to hang out after can join us at a local restaurant for a night cap.

J. CURRIE: As a student of both Eastern and Western Wisdom Traditions, Jay has traveled the globe in search of Spiritual Light. His travels have led him to many monasteries, ashrams and temples in every corner of the Earth, meeting people and exchanging knowledge.
His adventure highlights traveling through 40+ countries include: driving 18,000 miles from Cape Town, South Africa to Cairo, Egypt (crossing the entire continent of Africa), hitchhiking from China to Germany, backpacking the Great Wall of China, hitchhiking across Canada, joining a SCUBA survey of sunken World War II shipwrecks in the Philippines, hitchhiking the continent of South America (South to North), climbing to Mt. Everest Basecamp (w/ the French summit team), hiking the Appalachian Trail and visiting all 50 US States.
