Prime x Padel is a padel and wellness experience designed to help you enjoy the game, build confidence and feel good in your body - without pressure or performance focus.

This Women’s Improvers Edition is for women who’ve played or play padel regularly and want to feel more fluent, relaxed and confident on court in a supportive, women-only environment.

This isn’t about being perfect or playing at a high level. It’s about learning through play, moving well, and connecting with others who enjoy padel in a calm, encouraging setting.
