🌱 REBIRTH: Spring Qigong & Sound Journey 🌱
Awakening the Wood Element | Flow, Vision & Vitality
As winter releases its hold, nature stirs with new life. Spring invites us into movement, growth, and possibility—a time of rebirth, fresh vision, and forward momentum.
Join us for a nourishing Qigong & Sound experience aligned with the Wood Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, the energetic pathways of flow, planning, and purposeful action.
In TCM, the Liver is responsible for the smooth flow of Qi and blood throughout the body. When Liver energy is flowing freely, we feel clear, flexible, emotionally balanced, and energized. When stagnant, we may experience frustration, irritability, tension, headaches, digestive issues, or a sense of feeling “stuck.” Spring is the ideal season to gently detox, restore movement, and reconnect with our inner vision.
✨ What to Expect ✨
🌿 Wood Element Qigong & Breathwork
Led by Gwyn Davis, this grounded yet expansive practice uses slow, flowing movements to stimulate the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, which run along the inner legs, hips, sides of the body, and rib cage. These practices support:
· Healthy detoxification and digestion
· Improved energy flow and circulation
· Emotional balance and stress release
· Flexibility with strength—rooted yet adaptable
· Clear vision, purpose, and inspired direction
Wood energy teaches us how to bend without breaking—to grow with resilience rather than force. Through Qigong, we cultivate engaged flexibility, nourishing the tendons, ligaments, small muscles, and nervous system while restoring harmony between body and emotions.
🎶 Immersive Sound Journey
Settle into a deeply supportive soundscape with crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and other healing instruments, lovingly offered by Kelsey Elledge and Natalie McCalla. Sound vibration helps unwind stagnation, calm the nervous system, and integrate the energetic shifts of the practice—allowing space for renewal, clarity, and embodied ease.
🌸 This experience is especially supportive if you’re seeking:
✨ A spring reset for body & mind
✨ Support with stress, frustration, or emotional tension
✨ Improved vitality, digestion, and energy flow
✨ A sense of direction, creativity, and forward movement
✨ Connection to seasonal rhythms and personal growth
Step into spring with intention. Clear what’s been stagnant. Nourish your inner vision.
✨ Rebirth begins with flow. ✨
