Free Webinar - How to take full control of your unconscious mind.
Details
All of us have a conscious mind, and all of us have an unconscious mind.
We succeed in life to the degree that we can get both parts of our mind working in harmony.
### The Big Question Is: How?
- How does one create lasting change?
- How does one create more happiness?
- How does one create more wealth?
- How does one overcome addiction?
- How does one deal with self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and fear?
- How does one shift from victim to victor?
Is there a need for change in your life? Are there situations and emotions that disrupt your peace?

### Why Would You Want to Take Control of the Unconscious Mind?
Research suggests that severe trauma experienced at a young age can affect brain development and function. Furthermore, if a person experiences more than seven major traumas between the ages of 1 and 7 (the imprint period), they are four times more likely to suffer heart conditions and three times more likely to develop cancer. This is not related to lifestyle choices, but directly linked to trauma.
We face real challenges in our society, including rising illicit drug use, violent crime, and oppressive regimes that rule with fear and brutality.
Statistics show that life is becoming more stressful and more difficult for many people.
The statistics do not lie:
- 1 million Australians suffer from depression each year, while 2 million suffer from anxiety.
- 65% of adult Australians are obese or overweight. (More than 20kg of excess weight is often referred to as “body armour” and, in many cases, is emotionally driven.)
- Only 7%–15% of marriages describe their relationship as full of love and passion. More than 50% of marriages end in divorce.

### Trauma and Emotional Suppression
In the comedy movie Central Intelligence, “The Rock” described how he dealt with the trauma of his youth. When asked why he was doing so well, he said:
"I bottled up all the pain inside, pushed it deep down, and then I just exercised six hours every day. Anybody could do it."
It’s funny — but repressed emotions can affect life expectancy and quality of life.
In this session, I will demonstrate an emotional release exercise designed to help release the emotional charge of past experiences, so the past no longer controls your present or your future.

### Is Change Easy?
People often ask, “Is it easy to change?”
Sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn’t. One thing is certain: true change requires work and persistence.
With the staggering size of the self-help industry, you would expect society to be getting happier. Yet more people are taking medication for depression, and more people are turning to alcohol and drugs.
