About us
We are living through an unprecedented period of global transformation — not only technological, but financial, political, environmental, educational, societal… and even spiritual.
In times of disruption, no leader succeeds alone. Isolation weakens leaders. Strong communities create resilience. The challenges of the future require collective intelligence, not individual heroics.
The Transformational Leaders Collective (TLC) is for heart-centred, transformational leaders who feel called to help shape what comes next.
Through peer learning, skill development, strategic collaboration, and real-world application, we support leaders who want to:
- Retain or amplify human intelligence so that they don't get replaced by AI
- Future-proof themselves and their work while contributing to positive systemic change
This is a space for courageous conversations, collaborative problem-solving, and turning insight into action — through initiatives, movements, ventures, and partnerships that challenge the status quo and create tangible impact.
We value substance over hype, collaboration over competition, and long-term impact over short-term wins.
Core Experiences for the TLC Members:
- Education & Empowerment: Share, Learn, Grow, and Contribute.
- Skills Building Ecosystem: Strategies, Tools, Coaching and Mentoring
- Connection & Collaboration: Empowering members to support and elevate each other.
- Amplify Impact: Give members a platform to share their visions, startups, or impact projects
- Partnerships: Support members in launching their ventures, campaigns, or platforms
- Media & Marketing: Get your stories told in meaningful spaces
- Funding Models: Grants, memberships, partners, or donor support
- Evolve Continuously: Lifelong Learning, Future Foresight, Emerging Trends
If this resonates, you’re in the right place.
We are not waiting for the future. We are building it - consciously, collectively and collaboratively!

Friendcraft 2.0 - Friendship Not Left To Chance
Little BIG House, 16 Flour Mill Wy, Summer Hill NSW 2130, Australia, Summer Hill, AUWhat makes someone go from someone I met to someone I consider a friend and then, perhaps, to a close friend or even a best friend?
When we look back at school playgrounds, friendship can seem like something that just happens. We played together, discovered shared interests, spent enough time together, and somehow became friends.
But as we grow up, it can start to feel a little more complicated.
Responsibilities increase. Careers take priority. Relationships change. People move cities. Social circles shift. We can become so busy maintaining the life we've built that making and maintaining friendships gets pushed further and further down the list.
None of this is necessarily a bad thing. But sometimes we only realise how important friendship is when we suddenly need more connection, company or support - and discover we haven't done our homework.
So what is such homework? That's the intention behind "Friendcraft - Friendship Not Left To Chance", a social skills workshop exploring what it takes to turn connections into friendships, and keep those friendships alive when life gets overwhelming.
Through playful challenges, social experiments and scenarios, you'll explore your own friendship needs, discover what helps friendships grow, and experiment with ways to create more opportunities for meaningful connection.
