Inspections 101 with Ryan Sherry

For our February meetup, we’re excited to welcome Ryan Sherry, a licensed home inspector with nearly three years of experience and more than 300 home inspections completed across North Carolina. He is the founder and owner of RS Home Inspections, LLC, established in June 2025, and brings a unique investor’s perspective as the owner of two long-term rental properties and a short-term rental managed alongside his wife. His wife, Catie Sherry is a real estate agent and also a member of our group, so real estate truly runs in the family! When he’s not inspecting homes or investing, Ryan is a proud new dad who welcomed his son in October — and a lifelong animal lover with two dogs and a cat.
