In this uplifting and heart-centered service, we create space for inner freedom and spiritual renewal. Through guided reflection, quiet contemplation, and the transformative act of symbolic release, we let go of old patterns, burdens, or beliefs that we are ready to set down. As we place our written releases into the Burning Bowl, we affirm the Truth of our being: we are free, whole, and empowered by the indwelling Presence.

We then turn our hearts toward the emerging year with a ritual of intention, welcoming fresh inspiration and Divine guidance. From a Unity perspective, this is a profound moment of aligning our consciousness with the creative power of Spirit—shedding the old, embracing the new, and stepping forward in faith.
