In search of rest and relaxation? Want more creativity and inspiration in your life? Yoga Nidra is the perfect practice for you. It helps you to move into Delta sleep waves, gain a deep rest, and opens the mind to positive suggestions and Intentions.
In this two hour workshop, we will learn about Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep meditation) and it's benefits, set our intentions for the practice, do some gentle stretching to prepare for the hour long guided meditation, and come back for any questions and discussion. Handouts will be provided. You will want to set up with a yoga mat, some blankets, pillows or yoga bolster, a notebook or journal, and possibly an eye cover/shade/pillow.
This event will be recorded, so please keep your camera off and change your name or delete your name in zoom if you do not wish to be recorded. If you cannot attend live, the recorded zoom will be sent to all registrants. CEUs available for YTT's who are members of Yoga Alliance. If you can not attend live, feel free to register and a recording will be sent to you the next day.
