Frenchman's Mt, a loop canyon route

We'll ascend the dominant canyon at the end of Charleston Blvd, then parallel the summit ridge to a saddle mid-way up, and descend another obscure canyon to the trailhead. Remarkably scenic Class 3-4 fun scrambling, with many short cascades and modest exposure on excellent limestone. Expect 3-4 hours depending on speed of group, 3 miles roundtrip, and 1250' of vertical gain.

Must have solid scrambling skills. Helmets are advised.

Limit: 12. Everyone will go on the waitlist at first.
