In-Person Workshop: AI in 2026, From Predictive to Proactive
Details
AI has moved beyond dashboards to driving decisions, yet many organisations remain stuck in experimentation. This curated, in-person workshop helps leaders bridge that gap, offering a clear, practical view of how AI is being applied today and what it takes to adopt proactive, agentic systems.
Through concise expert briefings, real WA case discussions, and facilitated dialogue, participants will examine where AI is delivering measurable impact and where it is falling short due to gaps in strategy, data, or organisational readiness.
The session focuses on the shift from predictive analytics to proactive AI, unpacking what it means in practice and how to implement it responsibly. Designed as a vendor-neutral, discussion-driven environment, it enables open, high-trust conversations with WA-based operators, technologists, and policymakers.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain insight into real WA case studies of AI success and failure.
- Understand the transition from predictive to proactive, agentic AI systems.
- Identify high-potential AI opportunities within their organisation.
- Recognise common barriers in AI adoption and how to address them.
