Eight Mile Ambergate & The Heage's Circular walk

Join us for an eight-mile circular walk from Ambergate to some of the wilderness of Derbyshire with a visit to Sawmills, Bullbridge, Ridgeway, Heage, Nether Heage, Far Laund, Belper, Scotches and some spectacular views of Heage Windmill.
Refreshment and comfort break at numerous establishments in Belper just after the halfway mark.
Car parking at Ambergate Station is £1.50 for all-day parking.
For public transport, the train departs from Nottingham at 1020 and the return train hourly back from Ambergate. Return train travel £11.70. Meet outside Costa Coffee from 0945 am.
