Mansfield Eight Mile Circular Walk

Join me for an eight-mile exploration of Mansfield and its suburbs starting from Mansfield Market Place we head through the town centre, Jacksons Park, through the site of Mansfield Racecourse then along the Timberland Trail to reach Fisher Park.

From Fisher Park, we head to Spider Park, and Oakham Nature Reserve and reach Kings Mill Reservoir for a refreshment and comfort break. We then head back to Mansfield via the River Maun, old quarries, railway lines and Titchfield Park to the starting point at Mansfield Market Place.

Car parking at nearby Bank Place is £4.50 for all-day parking.

The bus leaves Nottingham Victoria bus station at 1045 and returns from Mansfield at 1630 and back into Nottingham at 1710.
