We will be covering how to set up bolted anchors and releasable rigging. We will be practicing a lock-off and self rescue on the ground and on rappel. This will be a fun location where we can practice wraps, a short rappel and bigger rappel with fireman belays. We will be practicing at height. This is a great refresher for the upcoming assessment.
