Welcome Denver gamers! Waterbear Workshop is a family-owned board game design and publishing company based out of Denver, CO. We are founded on the principal that games are outlets for creativity, education, and community-engagement – as is the process of making them. As such, we work with local businesses to host events for gamers ranging from general play to playtesting new games. We are also excited to share our own line-up of games, the first of which is soon to be available on our web store. We love the JOURNEY of game making as much as the DESTINATION and believe both are equally valuable when it comes to bringing people together over art you can play.

Join Waterbear Workshop for an adorably cutthroat competition as they host a tournament for their debut game that has been called "simple and quick to learn", "deep and strategic", and "cute but brutal". The winner will walk away with a free copy of the game and all players can expect happy hour prices at Zymos for the entire day. If you have not had a chance to play the game you can come up to a half hour early to learn the rules, but you will really only need 5 minutes. Get ready to survive The Mire!
