This is an evening dance, movement, and contact improv event with music for pausing, moving, twirling, crawling, rolling on the floor, floating around the room, and letting your body and spirit express themselves in a gentle, loving soundscape!

You are welcome to curl up in the corner with a blanket, move on the floor with friends, dance contact improv, or do whatever your body needs.
Sliding scale $15-$25, please do not let money be an obstacle. We want your presence.
