Sound Meditation & Inner Reflection

We will begin with a short check-in and intention setting, followed by a 15-minute sound meditation to help you settle and reconnect.
We will then read a short passage from Sri Sakthi Amma’s teachings, touching on themes such as karma and daily life, and close with optional sharing and reflection.

30% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to charitable efforts supporting communities in the Middle East.
