A gentle and grounding yoga practice in nature 🌳
This is a community-based class, open to all levels, focused on movement, breath, and presence.
We’ll meet in the park for a slow, mindful flow, with options and adaptations offered throughout the class.
You’re welcome exactly as you are — no pressure, no performance.
