River of Light is a community-led lantern procession celebrating the transition from winter into spring. Iโ€™ve never see this before so will be a first ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿผ๐ŸŽถ ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

For those that would like to, we will go for some food and drinks after ๐Ÿ๐Ÿน

Lanterns for the procession have been created through a series of workshops held in schools, libraries and community venues. More than 300 lanterns will form a vibrant display representing elements of Hemel Hempsteadโ€™s build and natural environment.
